
Volunteers Needed!
Our team at the Salk Institute is studying the unique characteristics of individuals with developmental delays, looking at behavior, emotion, brain, and genetics. For information on how to participate, please call Kiley at (800) 434-1038.
Who can participate?
Adults (18-40 years old)
- Excluding individuals with epilepsy/seizures, Down’s Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and Autism/Aspergers
What do I have to do?
- Spend a day at The Salk Institute – snacks and lunch provided.
- Participate in game like activities: paper & pencil, question & answer, computerized games, and more.
- Ask family member or case manager to fill out forms.
- 2 sessions for 3-4 hours each
- Studies run Mon. to Fri., from 9am to 5pm.
What’s in it for me?
- $10 per hour of participation.
